This essay presents for the first time the edition of inscribed material from the excavation of the Aga Khan necropolis in West Aswan by the Egyptian-Italian Mission at West Aswan (EIMAWA), directed by Patrizia Piacentini and Abd El-Moneim Said. The inscriptions are found on different types of materials (fragments of funerary beds, stelae, cartonnages and coffins) found in tombs AGH014, AGH026, AGH032, AGH033, AGH034, and AGH036. The importance of these often lacunar inscriptions lie mainly in the repertoire of anthropo nyms and titles that enrich our prosopographical knowledge of Graeco-Roman Egypt.
